Role of ER stress in the development of diabetic
vascular complication and search for target substances

In Diabetes pathophysiology, we have a purpose to document the role of ER stress and its associated mechanism. Through this study, we want to suggest therapeutic strategy and understanding for diabetes and it complications.

To study cardiac ischemia-ROS and ER stress in diabetic cardiovascular diseases?
To suggest ER stress regulator mechanism in diabetes complication diseases-associated cell system ?
To apply active compounds for diabetic complication diseases The study of ER stress and its regulator in diabetic complication diseases.

ER stress laboratory is one of the well-known laboratory in Republic of Korea and to the scientific community worldwide.
